Programs & Services

New Chamber Program: (TEC) The Executive Committee

The Chamber has partnered with TEC to bring our members a new program. TEC is a professional development group for CEOs, presidents and business owners. TEC creates a confidential environment for senior-level executives where members have no vested interest beyond helping each other succeed.
TEC members receive personalized, unbiased, and most of all, honest feedback from their peers. They get advice not found in any boardroom.

There is currently a TEC group in the Eau Claire area, for larger businesses, and the Chamber and TEC want to be able to provide the same opportunity for smaller companies, whose sales are under $3 million a year.

You are invited to experience this new program firsthand. Join us on Wednesday, October 3rd for a brief history of TEC and information on this new Chamber/TEC Program and lunch. You will also experience an actual issue session and a presentation from Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant Chalmers Brothers on “Leadership, Conversations and Results in the Workplace”.
