(ECAEDC), Go Chippewa Falls and Visit Eau Claire to provide up-to-date, relevant information.

The formation of the Chippewa Valley COVID-19 Economic Recovery Task Force is an effort to pull together resources, organizations and talent from across the Chippewa Valley to help us emerge from this crisis in an orderly, successful, safe and stronger position to support our local economy.

Local Antibody Testing - Information from Mayo Clinic Health System
Antibody testing is now available locally. Test specimens are collected locally, then transported to Rochester for processing. Results are typically available within 24 hours via our patient online services. There are criteria for ordering the test:

- Patients must have been tested for COVID-19 using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test (swab test) and be at least 11 days beyond the onset of symptoms.
- Tests will not be ordered to diagnose COVID-19 in symptomatic patients or to determine immune status, or eligibility to return to work.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Surgeon General recommend the practice of universal masking when in public and interacting with others. Universal masking, in addition to the practices of physical distancing and proper hygiene, helps to curb the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). City-County Health Dept. Information
For up-to-date information regarding COVID-19, please go to the City-County Health Department website. The department is also offering access to a call center for any questions regarding COVID-19. The call center will be staffed Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The center's phone number is (715) 831-7425.

Quick Response Community Fund For Area Non-Profits
United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley (UWGCV) and the Eau Claire Community Foundation (ECCF) have established the Quick Response Community Fund to rapidly deploy financial resources to Eau Claire area nonprofits that serve community members disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and its economic consequences.
