HSHS St. Joseph’s Hospital recently earned the 2015 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award, which was given to hospital leaders on November 11 at the Press Ganey National Client Conference in Orlando, FL. The hospital achieved this distinction by reaching the 95th percentile for patient experience in the hospital’s emergency department for one year. The award is given annually to honor the hospitals that are in the top five percent in the country in patient satisfaction.
