For the past 15 years, Wes has held leadership roles in service centric organizations. Starting in proprietary higher education, Wes served in various director roles for Globe University, Rasmussen College and Colorado Technical University Online. Wes is currently serving as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin. His role involves agency leadership of programming, operations and fund development for 7 counties within the Northwestern portion of the state. He is also chair of the Chamber's Diversity & Inclusion Task Force.
