Making Company Culture Intentional
In partnership with BetterCulture, we present to you the Rising Stars program - a collaborative professional development program tailored towards young professionals and designed to improve company culture, increase employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction.
Through interactive workshops and meaningful discussions, this program empowers young professionals with the tools to be more successful in their day-to-day work and relationships, as well as have a deeper understanding and self-awareness of their strengths and growth opportunities. This high-impact program consists of ten 90-minute in-person classes led by John Kleven, Associate Dean of Business Arts and Sciences at Chippewa Valley Technical College.
The 2026 cohort will meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, starting Monday, January 19, 2026, through June 1, 2026. The program will be limited to 20 participants.
