Request for Proposal Process
All Chamber conference breakout and keynote sessions are selected by Chamber staff and chosen based on the following criteria:
Relevant topics to conference
Attendee feedback via post event survey
Chamber Investors who submit Request for Proposals (RFP's) are given priority
All speakers who have submitted sessions are notified via email if the RFP has been accepted or declined.
Sessions that are not chosen are considered for other speaking engagements throughout the year as they pertain to the event.
