Once known as Leadership 2.0, our latest educational offering has been revamped into Leader Lab. In partnership with BetterCulture, this dynamic professional development program is designed to grow the next generation of leaders - no matter where they are in their career journey. Rooted in leadership excellence and community connection, this program empowers professionals with the tools to lead confidently within their organizations and beyond.
Through interactive workshops, self-directed learning, and meaningful networking opportunities, participants strengthen their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and personal growth. Leader Lab is more than a training—it's an investment in cultivating leaders who will make a lasting impact in their workplace and across the communities they serve.
This high-impact program consists of eight two-hour in-person classes led by Sarah Welsh, CEO & Founder of Learn Better, with at-home self-study and reflection in between each session.
The Fall 2025 cohort will meet every two weeks starting Tuesday, September 9, 2025. The program will be limited to 20 participants.
